This part of the Agreement sets out the terms and conditions which apply in
respect of VOIP Services provided by dialtocall.com.
VOIP Services refers to the calling card facility provided by dialtocall.com
Accuracy and Changes: dialtocall.com attempts to
provide accurate information on its website, however, dialtocall.com assumes no
responsibility for the accuracy of all of its information that may have changed
since its published date.
dialtocall.com may revise the information contained on its website
and change the products, services or rates mentioned at any time without notice. In selected destinations, time dependant charge may apply.
Per second billing with 30 second rounding applies to all destinations.
dialtocall.com reserves the right to terminate your account, if it finds any unlawful/unauthorized use of its services.
Or if the account has been inactive for more than a month with no login activity or credit purchase.
Scope of Conditions: The above conditions will apply to all
visits to the dialtocall.com website and the use of VOIP
services, both now and in the future. dialtocall.com may at any time revise the
Terms of Use by updating this posting. You are bound by such revisions and should
therefore periodically visit this page to review the current Terms of Use.
