Terms and Conditions for DIALTOCALL Services
This part of the Agreement sets out the terms and conditions which apply in
respect to all services provided by dialtocall.com.
DIALTOCALL Telecom. Services refers to all services including IP PBX, calling card facility and any other services provided by dialtocall.com
Accuracy and Changes: dialtocall.com attempts to
provide accurate information on its website. However, dialtocall.com assumes no
responsibility for the accuracy of all of its information that may have changed
since its published date.
Products, Services and Calling Rates: dialtocall.com may revise the information contained on its website
and change the products, services or rates mentioned at any time without notice. In selected destinations, time dependant charge may apply.
Billing cycle: Per second billing with 30 seconds or 60 seconds rounding applies depending on destination you are calling.
Account Termination: dialtocall.com reserves the right to terminate your account, if it finds any unlawful/unauthorized use of its services.
Or if the account has been inactive for more than a month with no login activity or credit purchase.
PostPaid condition: DIALTOCALL provides you calling credit and sends you the invoice every month for your usage. If the payment is not made before the due date as mentioned on the invoice, DIALTOCALL deserves the right to suspend your account and take further action including legal assistance.
Extra Charges by your phone company: Some mobile phone service providers may charge you for international calls even if you were making that call using services like ours. You may be charged if you have a mobile phone plan and are using this phone to dial our local acess number, and from there on make internationl call using our system. Practically, this should never happen. But, we have heard stories where a customer has been charged by the mobile phone company for the international calls when the customer was calling overseas using a phone card and his mobile handset.
Please check with your phone company before dialing our access numbers for international calls. DIALTOCALL does not take any responsibility if such charges are incurred by your phone company.
Availability of service: DIALTOCALL is always putting efforts to provide you a reliable and stable service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, continuous and error free service.
Security: It is your responsibility to create strong passwords for your online customer account, and to keep them safe at all times. DIALTOCALL does not take any responsibility if your account is accessed by unauthorised users.
Liability: DIALTOCALL will not be liable if your account is accessed by unauthorised users to use our services. Your customer account number, customer PIN and online login details are your property once issued by DIALTOCALL, and will be your responsibility to safe-guard these credentials until the account is suspended/cancelled by DIALTOCALL.
Fraud and Loss: If you or any involved party is found to be mis-using the services provided by DIALTOCALL, any loss and damage due to this act will be your liability.
Legal: DIALTOCALL will not take any responsibility and liability for any loss or damage incurred due to misconduct of third party or by negligence of its customer. DIALTOCALL does not provide any warranty on any of its services, and will not be liable or responsible for anything at all. However, if you are found guilty of any misconduct towards the services provided by DIALTOCALL, we deserve every right to take legal action against you.
Scope of Conditions: The above conditions will apply to all
visits to the dialtocall.com website and the use of VOIP
services, both now and in the future. dialtocall.com may at any time revise the
Terms of Use by updating this posting. You are bound by such revisions and should
therefore periodically visit this page to review the current Terms of Use.
