What Happens If I Forget My Password?

Click on the Forgot Password link on the account page. Enter your registered email address and your password will be emailed to you.

No, we do not sell or distribute any information regarding our customers to any third party. Any information you give us will be held in strict confidence and security. We will not use it in any way without your consent.

How Do I Make Calls?

1. Dial your local access number as provided in the account activation email or located on your online customer account.
2. When prompted enter your PIN followed by hash (#) key.
3. When prompted enter your destination number (0011 + country code + area code + phone number) followed by hash (#) key.
4. Press * key to make another call without hanging up.

I just submitted online registration form but still I can not log in to my account, why?

Every account registration request is reviewed by our admin before it is activated. If you have not provided your phone number or have provided incorrect contact details then your account will not be activated. We only activate accounts after making voice contact with the applicant. Pleae be patient, we will try to call you within 24 hours to verify your details.

Where Do I Find Access Numbers?

List of all access numbers can be accessed from your online customer account. Please log on to your account for more details. Access numbers were also sent to your email after account activation.

Why don't I hear a dial tone when I pick up the phone?

Please check the status light on the VoIP device provided by DIALTOCALL. If the status light is not green then it suggests a connection drop out with our system. It can be simply fixed by rebooting the device. Also, please make sure that your internet connection is working. If you still can not get it working then please contact DIALTOCALL.

Why Do I get engaged tone instead of IVR menu?

Please report the problem to DIALTOCALL immediately. It is most likely due to the line fault that needs to be investigated further.

How do I access my voice messages?

Voice messages will be automatically delivered to your nominated email account. If you want to listen to them remotely, please dial your local telephone number provided by DIALTOCALL, once the IVR starts announcing, please enter your maibox number and then the maibox PIN to listen to your voice messages.
