How Do I Make Calls?

Dialtocall signup activates your account and an email with your web login name and password will be sent along with your card number. Logon to your account through dialtocall.com website and click on "Buy Credit" button to purchase your desired amount of credit. Its completely secure and we do not hold your credit card details. Our access numbers for various destinations are listed at the bottom of your page. After credit purchase you may use your telephone provider to dial your respective destination to make a international call. Format of the call is 0011-<countrycode>-<areacode>-<phonenumber>. Your pin number when asked is your card number provided in with your signup email.

I Don't Receive Any Calls?

It is possible that calls do not get terminated correctly during callback. If you do not receive calls from the system after placing the callback requests, check the following items. If the attempts continue to fail, contact support.

Check that your phone is connected and working
Check the number format you entered is correct as described on the callback page
Check your call history to see if your callbacks are being attempted

You may encounter that your messages are not being delivered if the following items are not set correctly.

Check that the recorded message works.
Check the items are described on the message page are done.
Check your call history to see if the messages have been attempted.

If you have following account issues contact support of dialtocall. It may take couple of hours to 5 working days to resolve them.


If you've purchased credit and the amount doesn't get updated. If your address or other details have changed and you'd like us to update them. If your account is blocked.
