This price includes the cost of one DIALTOCALL provided phone number for any city in Australia that is capable
of handling one call at a time like normal PSTN phone line,
IVR set up costs, and ongoing
maintenance fees. More numbers from other states, cities or countries can be added at additional cost.
Customer needs to purchase a VoIP device so that calls can be directly terminated to her/his business.
The cost of VoIP device will vary depending on your requirements as highlighted below:
Calls forwarded to office/home but not to mobile:
If you want to only receive calls in your office or home, and do
not need them to be forwarded to your mobile or other numbers then a pre-configured VoIP device can be purchased from DIALTOCALL
for as little as $30/device. One device can be only connected to one phone.
The VoIP device and the phone can be simply replaced
with an IP phone. If you require to forward these calls to your home during after hours or weekends, you could simply get a second device and plug it in to your home internet router, and DIALTOCALL will set up the call diversion free of charge.
Calls forwarded to your mobile:
If you want the incoming calls forwarded to your mobile and do not want to pay DIALTOCALL for the mobile call forward charges, we will
provide you with a pre-configured VoIP device for one off payment of only $150. This device is capable of both receiving incoming
calls to a phone connected to it and also forwarding calls to your mobile or any other number using your office/home PSTN phone line.
Please note, your phone service provider will charge you for the outbound calls made by the device at their normal
standard calling rates, and
getting call forward service directly from DIALTOCALL might be cheaper than using the PSTN lines unless you have unlimited call plan
with your service provider.
It is very important for these devices to be online to get uninterrupted service/calls. It is customer responsibility to ensure that the internet connection is stable, and devices be replaced should there be a need for it. However, should we loose connectivity
to the device, DIALTOCALL can make an arrangement to automatically forward the calls to your mobile or any other number as long
as you agree to pay for the call forwarding charges.

Call charges are based on the calling rates of the destination number where the call is being forwarded to.
Call rates to all Australian landline numbers is only 0.10 Cents/Min, and rates to any mobile is 0.20 Cents/Min.
You have an option of forwarding the calls first to a landline, and if not answered to your mobile. Also, if you have a internet
connection at your office or home then you could simply get a pre-configured VoIP device for as little as $30/device and
get calls forwarded to that first free of charge and if not answered then use our call forwarding service to reach you on
other PSTN numbers or your mobile.
Calls can be forwarded to multiple numbers on priority basis.
If you are unreachable then the system can automatically start calling the second number on the list and so on to ensure that every call from your

1. What is the pre-requirement for installing IP PBX in my business?
IP PBX is internet based telephony. Customers must have broadband
(ADSL/DSL) internet connection before IP PBX can be deployed at their premises.
If you do not have internet connection and have DIALTOCALl hosted IP PBX system,
we can forward all incoming calls to your nominated phone number (Home, office, mobile or all).
But, you will be charged for those incoming calls. Having internet connection allows us to connect VoIP
devices at your premises so that call can be terminated directly in your office avoiding
any extra charges for incoming calls.
2. What is DIALTOCALL hosted PBX system?
IP PBX system that is managed and hosted by DIALTOCALL is what is referred to as "DIALTOCALL
hosted IP PBX" system. Customers do not need to worry about maintaining the system hardware or
software as it is all hosted by DIALTOCALL.

3. How much does it cost?
Depending on the size and

system from $29.99/month. We will provide you with a local business
telephone number, which when called by your customers will take them through your customized

4. I don't want hosted PBX, how do I install the PBX system on my own computers/servers?
You will need to pay for a computer/Server and IP telephones or ATA
devices. A switch or router may be needed depending on the number of
extensions required by your business. A second hand computer can be
purchased for less than $300 and IP phones vary in prices with brand. For average
sized small business less than $1000 will be sufficient to cover these
costs. However, if you have large call volume and many staffs then we recommend
getting more powerful devices. Don't worry, we will work with you to determine
what is required based on your business needs.
5. Is there any ongoing monthly fee?
Yes, depending on the
size of your business and incoming call volume monthly cost ranges
from $29.99 up to $100. It also includes the maintenance fees and phone
number rental fee.
6. What happens if my IP PBX system stops working?
If PBX system is installed on customer hardware, DIALTOCALL will fix it for free as long as it is software related problem. Any hardware problem is customer’s responsibility.
For DIALTOCALL hosted IP PBX systems starting at $29.99/month, customers do not have
any responsibility. We will work on the issue with high priority and resolve it in timely manner to
minimize impact to your business.
7. How do we get support in case of system problems?
We constantly monitor our systems and any possible problem will be identified and rectified at the earliest. For PBX systems
installed on customer hardware and premises, we will try to resolve it remotely, and a technician will be
dispatched if thats what it takes to fix it. Please note, we only install PBX systems at your business if
we have ability to visit your site in case of such emergencies.
Our phone lines are open 24*7 and you are more than welcome to report any possible problem/fault round the clock.
8. Does your IP PBX system support concurrent calls?
Yes. Dialtocall provides phone numbers capable of supporting concurrent calls to handle your call volume. Calls will be placed in the queue until you are available to answer them.
Callers will be played hold music and your business announcements
while they are waiting for someone to answer them.
Phone numbers supporting concurrent calls are more expensive than the numbers supporting single call.
9. Do I have to sign any contract?
No. Our service is free of contract. One month written notice needs to be provided before the termination of the services.
